Why did we pay Astaldi Construction more than $700 million in additional construction fees? Why have we not paid $700 million recommended to mitigate methylmercury production?
Energy Security
Muskrat Falls is a $12.7
billion investment in energy security. The International Energy Association defines energy
security as
“the uninterrupted availability of energy sources
at an affordable price.” Will Muskrat Falls provide
energy security in this sense of making
it available at an affordable price?
